Community Day for Art Making (July)

On Saturday, July 20th, we had our monthly Community Day at Overton. Our dedicated volunteer crew weeded, watered, and raked while DJ Janesita spun energetic tunes. After some lunch and rest, artist Courtney Jolliff walked us through making artistic creations using found objects—rocks, basketballs, and bottles all transformed into crafts with a little vision and paint.
